Use of the service
Pixship grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service for lawful purposes. You agree not to misuse the service or attempt to circumvent any usage limits.
Credits and payments
Credits are purchased in advance and are non-refundable, including any unused credits remaining at the time of account deletion. Credits do not expire. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. All prices are in USD.
Generated content
You own the brand assets generated using your prompts. Pixship retains no rights over your generated content.
Limitation of liability
Pixship is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.
